Abhay was the Captain and the Flag bearer of the Indian Junior Squash Team at the World Squash Championships in 2017.<br />
He made his Senior Team debut in 2019 at the South Asian Games in Nepal where we won 2 medals and was the youngest medal winner. In 2020 he won the British U23 Open in London becoming the only Indian in 40 years to ever win the event.<br />
