Singh played six years for [[JCT FC]] from 2004 to 2011 and earned huge praise while with the club.<br />

For the [[I-League 2010-11]] season Singh signed for fellow [[I-League]] side [[Salgaocar S.C.|Salgaocar]]. After one season with Salgaocar, Singh helped the Goans to the [[I-League]] championship.<br />

Singh made his debut for [[India national football team|India]] against the [[United Arab Emirates national football team|United Arab Emirates]] on 23 July 2011 coming off the bench for red carded goalkeeper [[Subrata Pal]].<br />

On 11 December 2011 Singh helped India win the [[2011 South Asian Football Federation Cup|2011 SAFF Cup]] with a 4-0 victory of [[Afghanistan national football team|Afghanistan]].
