The '''1953–54 Santosh Trophy''' was the 13th edition of the [[Santosh Trophy]], the main [[States and union territories of India|State]] competition for [[football in India]]. It was held [[West Bengal]] who won their 7th title defeating [[Karnataka football team|Mysore]] 3–1 in the final.

Bengal won their quarter final against Bihar, semifinal against Bombay and the final against Mysore in replays.
