Khekiho Zhimomi]] of NPF for Nagaland, [[Rajiv Pratap Rudy ]] of BJP & [[R.C.Singh]] of CPI for West Bengal became members.

* Bye-election was held on 21 November 2008 for vacancy from West Bengal due to resignation of seating member [[Debabrata Biswas]] of AIFB on 23/09/2010 with term ending on 02/04/2014. [[Barun Mukherji (politician)|Barun Mukherji]] of AIFB became the member
