The severely affected districts of Punjab were [[Gurdaspur district|Gurdaspur]], [[Amritsar district|Amritsar]], [[Ferozepur]], [[Pathankot district|Pathankot]], [[Kapurthala district|Kapurthala]] and [[Fazilka district|Fazilka]].
