The film explains the context in which Indian classical music evolved, and illustrates the role of the great king Maharaja [[Swathi Thirunal Rama Varma]]. Legendary musicians, the likes of Dr [[M. Balamuralikrishna]], [[Padma Bhushan]], [[T. V.
