Sahu was born and brought up in Narsinghpur, in [[Madhya Pradesh]]. He went to Narsingh Public School.<ref name="newsx"/><br />

He started his career as a freelancer, and founded his first venture, Technical Next, a hosting company in 2016. In 2019, he founded ASTNT Technologies Private Limited, which is an IT company. At the age of 19, Akhilendra Sahu expanded his company to multiple domains. Some of the other companies that he founded include ASTNT Media, HeyIndia, a social media app, StartUp199, a web development company, InfinityFame, a marketing agency and The Publishly.<ref name="newsx"/><br />
