'''Amritanshu Gupta''' is an Indian entrepreneur, former radio journalist, and a talent manager. He is the founder of Keynchi Worldwide Ventures and manages former Indian cricket legends Virender Sehwag, VVS Laxman among others. He has also worked with several business leaders and brands on endorsements, digital strategy, and campaigns that received industry awards.

Prior to his work in talent management, Gupta worked in radio broadcasting, where he became known for audience-engagement campaigns, celebrity interviews, and public-interest initiatives. While associated with Red FM and Fever FM, he was involved in campaigns that received industry recognition, including honors at the India Radio Forum Awards and the New York Festivals Radio Awards.

==Notable campaigns==
Gupta first came into the public eye when, inspired by the film ''[[My Name is Khan]]'', he staged a campaign to meet Bollywood star [[Shah Rukh Khan]]. Supported by Indian radio station [[Red FM 93.5|Red FM]], Gupta tracked Khan across Mumbai in an effort to meet him. He finally took to camping outside Shah Rukh Khan's home in [[Mannat]] for three days until Khan relented and agreed to meet Gupta. ==Other campaigns , Talent management and digital career ==
In June 2012, Gupta produced the program "The day a common man wanted to stand for the Indian Presidential election", which was recognized by [[New York Festivals]] as the Best Human Interest story in its 2013 World's Best Radio awards. In this campaign Gupta demonstrated the power of the Indian Constitution by making a common man stand for the Indian Presidential Elections.<ref>{{cite web

Then, in a campaign called "Mission Rihayee", he helped a prisoner who had been languishing in Delhi's Tihar Jail for committing a petty crime and being unable to pay the penalty which came with the jail sentence. This was followed by a campaign in which he helped an [[HIV positive]] victim fight discrimination and find a house in Delhi. In the process, Gupta helped the man reunite with his family.

In the aftermath of the devastating [[2013 North India floods|Uttarakhand floods]], Gupta helped rescue a family which was stranded there, ensuring that the Uttarakhand Chief Minister himself looked into the matter.

Following his broadcasting career, Gupta entered sports talent management in 2015, when he began exclusively managing former Indian cricket legend Virender Sehwag following Sehwag’s retirement from international cricket. Gupta has been credited with commercial and digital initiatives during the growth of Sehwag’s post-retirement social media rise. He later added VVS Laxman and Venkatesh Prasad among others to his client roster.

In 2021, Gupta founded ‘’‘Keynchi Worldwide Ventures’’’, a company involved in athlete management, endorsements, brand partnerships, and digital campaigns.

Beyond sports management, Gupta has also worked with business leaders, brands, and public institutions on digital strategy , social media management , and communication initiatives.
