Arjun, an [[Indian Police Service|IPS]] aspirant-turned-kindhearted gangster, learns that Pathan, a notorious terrorist, wants to exact revenge on his mother Vyjayanthi, an honest IPS officer, where he sets out to protect Vyjayanthi.
