In 2016, &amp;#039;&amp;#039;empowered committee on border infrastructure&amp;#039;&amp;#039; asked the MoRTH to prepare the detailed project reports (DPR) as per the alignment agreed by the home ministry, defence ministry &amp;amp; Arunachal state government.
