Bhide started her career as the assistant collector of the [[Kolhapur district]] from 1997 to 1999. Following this, she was posted as the chief executive officer (CEO) of the [[Sindhudurg district]] from 1999 to 2000 following which she was transferred to the [[Nagpur district]].&amp;lt;ref name=&amp;quot;biodata&amp;quot; /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
