Bhansali is from [[Jodhpur]], Rajasthan. He is the son of Hanwant Chand Bhansali and Vimala Devi Bhansali. Bhansali won from Jodhpur Assembly constituency representing the Bharatiya Janata Party in the 2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election.
