This dialect of Mahasu Pahari is spoken mainly in eastern [[Solan district]] which include notable areas of district headquarters [[Solan]], [[Kandaghat]], [[Waknaghat]], eastern parts of [[Kunihar]], [[Chail, Himachal Pradesh|Chail]], [[Dharampur, Solan|Dharampur]], [[Kuthar]], [[Sabathu|Subathu]], [[Kasauli]], [[Parwanoo]], etc and parts of [[Panchkula district]] which includes [[Kalka]], [[Pinjore]], [[Morni|Morni hills]], etc. In Kalka, eastern [[Baddi]], [[Barotiwala]] and Pinjore its sub-dialect &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Pinjore Baghati&amp;#039;&amp;#039; also known as &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Patiala Baghati&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (got its name from hilly parts of former princely [[Patiala State]]) is spoken.&amp;lt;ref&amp;gt;{{Cite book |last=Grierson S |url=http://archive.org/details/dli.pahar.2036 |title=Linguistic Survey Of India Vol 9 Part 4 Pahari Languages |date=1916}}&amp;lt;/ref&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
