== Early life and education ==
Bind is from [[Chainpur, Kaimur|Chainpur]], Kaimur District, Bihar. His father Ramdhani Bind is a farmer. == Career ==
Bind won from Bhabua Assembly constituency representing Rashtriya Janata Dal in the 2020 Bihar Legislative Assembly election.
