== Indus Towers merger ==&lt;br /&gt;
A [[Mergers and acquisitions|merger]] between Bharti Infratel and [[Indus Towers]] had been proposed as per a deal in April 2018 and was originally planned to go through before October 2019. However due to delays in approvals it was postponed to December 2019 by when the [[Department of Telecommunications]] was supposed to give its approval.
