==History==
The contract for the construction of 6 {{Convert|25|t|LT|abbr=on}} [[bollard pull]] [[Tugboat Spence|tugboats]] was signed on 12 November 2021 by [[Titagarh Rail Systems|Titagarh Shipyard]] and the [[Indian Navy]] (IN) at {{INRConvert|169.5|c|lk=on|year=2021}}. The tugboat features a high indigenous content.
