Besides above the sanctuary also harbors a vast amount floristic diversity e.g. ''[[Ornithochilus cacharensis]]'' an epiphytic orchid species, ''[[:sv:Larsenianthus assamensis|Larsenianthus assamensis]]'' a terrestrial zingiber species, ''[http://www.tropicos.org/Name/100324411 Diospyros cacharensis]'' a small deciduous tree belonging to family [[Ebenaceae]] and ''[http://www.tropicos.org/Name/17805689 Alseodaphne keenanii]'' a large tree belonging to family [[Lauraceae]] were described for the first time for this sanctuary and all are [[Endemism|endemic]] to [[Northeast India|north-east India]].<br />
