The '''Chothe people''' is one of the [[Naga people|Naga]] [[ethnic group]] found in the state of [[Manipur]], [[India]]. Some historians and [[anthropologist]]s have erroneously recorded the Chothe as the [[Purum people|Purum]] of India.
