== Personal life ==
Dadisetti Ramalingeswara Rao was born on 22 March 1976 to Sri Dadisetti Sankara Rao and Smt Satyanarayanamma in [[Tuni]], [[Andhra Pradesh]]. They are traditionally a family of gold merchants.
Rao graduated in Tuni.

== Politics ==
