According to the report [[published]] by [[2011 Census of India|Census India in 2011]], Danduwal has a total number of 270 houses and population of 1287 of which 663 males and 624 females. [[Literacy]] rate of Danduwal is 81.63%, higher than state average of 75.84%. The population of children under the age of 6 years is 106 which is 8.24% of total population of Danduwal, and child sex ratio is approximately 738 lower than state average of 846.<br />

Most of the people are from [[Schedule Caste]] which constitutes 51.90% of total population in Danduwal. The town does not have any [[Schedule Tribe]] population so far.<br />
