==Career==<br />
Justice Upadhyaya graduated in law from [[Lucknow University]] in the year 1991 and enrolled as an Advocate on 11 May 1991. He practiced in Civil and Constitutional sides at [[Allahabad High Court]]. He was appointed as an Additional [[Judge]] of [[Allahabad High Court]] on 21 November 2011 and made permanent on 6 August 2013. He was appointed as [[Chief Justice]] of [[Bombay High Court]] on 29 July 2023. He was transferred as [[Chief Justice]] of [[Delhi High Court]] on 21 January 2025.<br />
