&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Dewi Danu&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; is the water goddess of the [[Balinese Hinduism|Balinese Hindus]], who call their belief-system [[Āgama (Hinduism)|Agama]] Tirta, or &amp;#039;&amp;#039;belief-system of the water&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;!-- While some people use the term science or religion, belief-system should be used because it does not carry controversial preconceived notions  of the exclusive distinction of the dichotomy of science vs. religion rooted in the Western tradition --&amp;gt;. She is one of two supreme deities in the Balinese tradition.&lt;br /&gt;
