The temple is a prime spot of worship for the [[Marathi people]] of Khandesh region. But along with the [[Marathi people|Marathi]] Family Kulswamini Dhandai Devi is worshipped by many other caste, people especially those belonging to the [[Marathi Brahmin]]s, [[Maratha (caste)|Maratha-Kunbi]] and somewhat [[Lonari]] and [[Mali caste|Marathi Mali]] caste as their presiding family deity, [[Kuldevi]] or [[Kuldevta]] in Khandesh region of Maharashtra.

The devotees throng the temple on all occasions of [[Navaratri]] and [[Chaitri Navratra]] to worship and celebrate. It is believed that the Goddess has magical powers.
