== Early life and education ==
Konwar is from [[Sonari]], Charaideo district, Assam. He is the son of late Tikhnadhar Konwar. == Career ==
Konwar won from the Sonari Assembly constituency representing the Bharatiya Janata Party in the 2021 Assam Legislative Assembly election.
