==Early life and family==

==Career==
In his second Test, at [[Old Trafford (cricket ground)|Old Trafford]] he was dismissed for a [[List of cricket terms#P|pair]] within two hours, the fastest in Test history.

After his playing career, he became an administrator. He also served in the [[Pakistan Air Force]], reaching the rank of [[Wing commander (rank)|wing commander]].<ref name="auto"/>
