Kushwaha was born (7 January 1936) in Narayanpur Kothi, [[Kushinagar district|Kushinagar]] to his father Late Kali Charan Singh. he married with Smt. Kushwaha was two time MLA from Fazil Nagar as a member of [[Bhartiya Janata Party]].
