The Garodi are a community of [[Madari]] [[Faqir (caste)|Faqir]]s, and are found in the districts of [[Kolhapur District|Kolhapur]], [[Sangli District|Sangli]] and [[Pune District|Pune]]. They speak the [[Dakhani]] dialect of [[Urdu]], but most also speak [[Marathi language|Marathi]].<ref name="Bhanu"/><br />

The Garodi are an [[endogamous group]] with four [[exogamy|exogamous]] sub-divisions.
