== Early life ==
Gayathri was born in [[Kannur|Kannur, Kerala]]. She worked as a graphic designer in [[Chennai]] along with her experience in art and dance before stepping into the film industry. Initially, Gayathri started modelling and joined an acting class in Chennai.
