==Early life & education==
George S Paul After obtaining a post graduation in physics in flying colours he also took a post graduate diploma in journalism. ==Career==
He adorned several positions. Since 1994 he served in the capacity as senate member in the university of calicut till 1998.He contributed to the Hindu, Economuc times and Indian express as an art and culture critic. He has been writing on music and classical performing art forms like kathakali, koodiyattam and Mohiniyattam for the past 34 years. GS paul, as he is known sat in the jury committee of Swathi puraskaram, Nrithya Natyapuraskaram, pallavur Appumarar puraskaram.
