The word &amp;#039;&amp;#039;ghara&amp;#039;&amp;#039; is also used for the hollow bulbous protuberance on the snout of mature male [[gharial]]s (&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Gavialis gangeticus&amp;#039;&amp;#039;) as it is shaped like a ghara.
