In 2010, Gurjinder signed his first professional contract with [[Pune F.C.|Pune]] of the [[I-League]].<ref name="Pune Profile"/> He scored his first professional goal during his [[2010-11 I-League|first season]] at the club on 26 February 2011 against [[Chirag United Club Kerala|Viva Kerala]] in which his 11th-minute goal put Pune into an early 2–0 lead.<ref name="Viva Kerala First Goal">{{cite web|title=PUNE VS.
