After working with the Mizoram Government for more than a decade, where he was involved in overseeing the Bairabi Thermal Project, Bairabi, including environmental clearances and related regulatory processes, Ginzalala later founded and has since led '''[https://www.pveasternengineers.com/ P&V Engineers]''' for over two decades. These initiatives have contributed to improved public health, a reduction in water-borne diseases, and enhanced living conditions in underserved communities. Notably, one of the projects is regarded as among the highest solar water pumping systems in Asia, lifting water approximately 520 meters over a 4 km pipeline to a 100,000-litre reservoir, supplying around 100 cubic meters of clean drinking water per day to more than 1,000 people.
