Besides an historical work, called &#039;&#039;Commentaries&#039;&#039; (Greek: &#039;&#039;Hypomnemata&#039;&#039;), which consisted of at least six books, and seems to have been of a somewhat discursive character, he wrote a work on statues (&#039;&#039;hypomnema andrianton kai agalmaton&#039;&#039;).
