The '''Higher and Technical Institute Mizoram''' ('''HATIM''') is the first Christian Residential Co–Ed College in [[Mizoram]], India, and is located in [[Lunglei]]. HATIM was started in June 2007 as the first Christian College in Mizoram. The Administrative Building, Women's Hostel, Men's Hostel, Students Centre and Academic Block 'A' have been completed. The Academic Block 'C', which is proposed to have six floors is under construction and will be completed soon. An underground water reservoir with a capacity of 500,000 litres and two other tanks with capacity of 12,000litres each are completed. The whole Campus is endowed with lush greenery and well electrified.
