The &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Indian Council for Cultural Relations&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;ICCR&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;) is an autonomous organisation of the [[Government of India]], involved in India&amp;#039;s global cultural relations, through cultural exchange with other countries and their people. The ICCR Headquarter is situated at [[Azad Bhawan]], I.P. Estate, [[New Delhi]], with regional offices in [[Bengaluru]], [[Guwahati]],  [[Kolkata]], [[Lucknow]], [[Mumbai]], [[Patna]], [[Pune]], [[Shillong]], [[Jammu]] and [[Ahmedabad]]. The Council addresses its mandate of [[cultural diplomacy]] through a broad range of activities.
