The '''Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA)''' is a [[New Delhi]] based Indian [[think-tank]]. The [[Vice President of India]] is the ex-officio President of ICWA, while the [[Minister of External Affairs (India)|Minister of External Affairs]] is its Vice-President.
