== Early life and education ==
Rao hails from Kandukur. His late father Inturi Subba Rao was a farmer. == Career ==
Rao won the [[2024 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election]] representing [[Telugu Desam Party]] from [[Kandukur Assembly constituency]].
