Isapur is reached by first travelling to Shembalpimpri. Isapur is situated {{Convert|4|km|mi|abbr=on}} west of Shembalpimpri. To reach Shembalpimpri there are three different routes: from Pusad ({{Convert|27|km|mi|abbr=on}}), from Umarkhed ({{Convert|30|km|mi|abbr=on}}), and from Hingoli ({{Convert|41|km|mi|abbr=on}}).<br />
