&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Issam al-Attar&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; ({{lang-ar|عصام العطار}}) is a former [[Muslim Brotherhood]] leader, a symbol of resistance to [[Hafez al-Assad]], and in exile in [[Aachen]], Germany since the 1970s. He was born in 1927 in [[Syria]].
