== Early life and education ==
Gandhi was born to Phool Chand Agarwal and Bansmati Devi on 10 November 1936, in Barsauli Village, [[Sikandra Rao]], [[Aligarh]], [[Uttar Pradesh]]. He [[Matriculation|matriculated]] from G. S. College in Aligarh and passed his intermediate exam from Champa Agarwal College in [[Mathura]]. He earned a [[Bachelor of Commerce]] degree from [[Lucknow University]].<ref name=":10" /><ref name=":0" /><ref name=":1" />

== Death ==
