== Education ==
Singh was educated at [[St. Anselm's Senior Secondary School, Ajmer]]. He received the degrees of [[Bachelor of Education]] from [[Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University]] as well as a Master of Arts in history, Master of Philosophy and Doctorate of Philosophy in education from the [[University of Rajasthan]].<ref name="indiatimes1"/>

== Career ==
Singh joined [[Mayo College]] in [[Ajmer]] in 1989, serving as a housemaster and later as the school's vice principal.
