== 2025 Bihar Legislative Assembly Election ==
Jan Suraaj party had contested on 238 seats in the [[2025 Bihar Legislative Assembly election|2025 Bihar Legislative Assembly]] elections. It failed to win a single seat, registering a vote share percentage of 3.44%.<ref name=":0" /> The party registered fewer votes than [[None of the above]] in 68 constituencies.<ref name=":0" />

On 16 October, Prashant Kishor announced that he himself would not be contesting in the Bihar elections.
