== Early life and education ==
Dass is from [[Dehradun]], Uttarakhand. He is the son of Santa Dass. == Career ==
Dass won from Rajpur Road Assembly constituency representing Bharatiya Janata Party in the 2022 Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly election.
