== Early life and education ==
Khalid Saifi was born on February 3, 1981, at his ancestral home in Khureji Khas, Delhi. His father is Abdul Latif and his mother is Fatima. His father is originally from Moradabad ([[Uttar Pradesh]]) but settled in Delhi.
