A sour dish made of [[curd]], ground [[cumin| cumin paste]] and either [[cucumber]], ash gourd or white gourd, with sautéed [[mustard seed| mustard seeds]] and [[curry leaves]] as garnish. Kichadi is often served as part of the [[Sadhya]].
