A graduate of the [[National Law School of India University]] (NLSIU), Bangalore, Krishna holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the [[Nanyang Business School]], Singapore and has published two textbooks: &amp;#039;&amp;#039;International Business: An Asian Perspective&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (2015) and &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Global Business Today&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (2014).&amp;lt;ref&amp;gt;{{cite web |title=Blurb for 3 |url=https://www.ethosbooks.com.sg/products/3-krishna-udayasankar |website=Ethos Books}}&amp;lt;/ref&amp;gt; Her book &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Beast&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (2019), an urban fantasy thriller is published by [[Penguin Random House]], who have also taken over the rights for her entire backlist of five novels.
