== Early life and education ==
Shailendra is from [[Bihpur, Bihar|Bihpur]], Bhagalpur District, Bihar. He is the son of Kumar Nityanand Singh. == Career ==
Shailendra won from Bihpur Assembly constituency representing Bharatiya Janata Party in the 2020 Bihar Legislative Assembly election.
