Fulamali was born in Bramhanbahara. His father was Nanigopal Fulamali.&amp;lt;ref name=a/&amp;gt; He was educated at Bramhanbahara Primary Vidyalaya and completed the 4th grade .&amp;lt;ref name=a/&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
