Ralte is from Dinthar Veng, [[Aizawl|Aizwal]], Mizoram. He is the son of Rosanga Ralte. Ralte was elected from Serlui Assembly constituency representing the [[Mizo National Front]] in the [[2023 Mizoram Legislative Assembly election]].
