==History==
In September 2003, ''Lotte Entertainment'' was created under ''Lotte Shopping'' to manage film production, distribution, investment, and international sales. In 2018, Lotte Corporation spun-off the entertainment branch from Lotte Shopping as ''Lotte Cultureworks'' which includes both Entertainment and Cinema divisions.<ref>{{cite web |title=Lotte Cinema and Lotte Entertainment Introduce a New Independent Corporate Body, Lotte Cultureworks |url=http://www.koreanfilm.or.kr/eng/news/news.jsp?mode=VIEW&seq=4787&blbdComCd=601006 |website=Korean Film Council |access-date=8 May 2023 |date=8 May 2023}}</ref>
